Merit Systems Protection Board
The Merit Systems Protection Board is the federal agency responsible for protecting the Merit System Principles, nine basic standards governing the management of the federal workforce. These nine principles are part of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978. The MSPB hears and/or makes decisions in the cases of employees who submit appeals to the Board concerning disciplinary actions.
Due the complexity of litigation before the MSPB, it is imperative that you bring an experienced attorney into your case as soon as you can to help strategize the best possible approach to winning your case.
